Who is responsible
This policy applies to the website journeywebprism.com (“this site”, “we”). For any privacy question or request, contact contact@journeywebprism.com.
What data is collected
This site has no user accounts and no comment section; the contact form only sends your message to us by email. When you visit, the web server automatically records standard technical information in its log files:
- your IP address;
- browser type and version, and operating system;
- the pages you request and the referring page, if any;
- the date and time of each request.
If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name (if given), your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, if any, are used. Websites you reach through outbound links or buttons, such as an app store listing, have their own cookie and privacy policies, which apply once you leave this site.
Third-party services
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. Google's own privacy policy applies to that processing. We do not share log data with third parties except where required by law.
Why the data is used
Server log data is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, detect abuse and fix technical errors. Emails and form messages are used only to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website and, for messages, responding to your request.
How long data is kept
Server logs are kept for a limited period, normally no longer than needed for security and troubleshooting, and are then deleted. Emails and form messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your message and any follow-up.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, and in particular under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data rectified;
- have your data erased;
- object to or restrict processing based on legitimate interests.
To use these rights, email contact@journeywebprism.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country.
Children
This site is intended for adults planning trips and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
